     熱烈祝賀金華奧田公司成功研發(fā)新產(chǎn)品：水泥地面直接施工，球場專用新型高分子合成材料--EPU。

EPU的成分

   乙烯、丙烯、酯類、醚類等材料，經(jīng)特殊工藝科學(xué)合理的配方進(jìn)行聚合反應(yīng)，而產(chǎn)生的一種四元合成水溶性新型球場專用鋪裝材料簡稱“EPU”。

產(chǎn)品特性

    EPU的施工，成膜迅速，干燥速度快捷，產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)致密、膜面柔潤細(xì)膩，表面不需鋪設(shè)其它材料即可達(dá)到防滑、彈性好、而且能起到保護(hù)運(yùn)動員的腳關(guān)節(jié)作用，在EPU地面上運(yùn)動能感覺到安全。 

    EPU色澤絢麗、不易褪色。抗紫外線、耐候性、抗老化性非常卓越、施工快捷衛(wèi)生、安全無毒無味無污染，是目前世界上最新型的球場環(huán)保鋪裝材料。本公司已把生產(chǎn)工藝、配方、包裝進(jìn)行專利申請。

其它產(chǎn)品對比性

傳統(tǒng)EPDM球場缺點(diǎn)易脫粒、傳統(tǒng)PU球場施工易污染環(huán)境、球場表面易產(chǎn)生劃痕而且易污染。EPU的特點(diǎn)是水溶性、無毒、無氣味環(huán)保、而且彈性好，抗拉強(qiáng)度強(qiáng)，施工條件氣溫5攝氏度以上，水泥地表面干燥即可施工。桶中殘留物只要用水稀釋又可使用，沒有浪費(fèi)，是目前最節(jié)約最經(jīng)濟(jì)的新材料。 

One: EPU compositions

        Ethylene, propylene, ester and aether being taken with polymerization by especial process, scientific and reasonable prescription to create a late-model paving material with quadruple composite water-solubility specially used for court construction, which is called “EPU” for short.

Two: Production characteristic

        In the process of EPU construction, its film-forming and drying speed is fast; the production’s structure is compact; film cover is soft and exquisite; its surface is skidproof with good flexibility and moreover with the function to protect player’s feet arthrosis even not being paved other materials on its surface.

        The color and luster of EPU is florid and not easy to fade. It is very excellent in anti-ultraviolet radiation, weathering resistance and anti-aging. Its construction process is fast, sanitary and safe with innoxious, flavourless and non-pollution. It is the most latest environmental protective paving material used for court at present. The process technics, prescription and packaging have been taken with patent  application by our company.

Three: Comparing to other productions

        The disadvantage of traditional EPDM court is easy to threshing, and that of traditional PU court is easy to pollute cnvironment and moreover, its court surface is easy to create scratch and be polluted. On the contrary, the characteristic of EPU is water-solubility, innocuous, inodorous, environment-protective and moreover with good flexibility and strong tensile strength. Besides, above 5 ℃ construction temperature, construction process can be taken only when concrete ground surface is dry. The residual in barrel can be used again only being diluted by water. It is the most economical and abstemious material at present。
